🧵 From Kyoto to Florida — Rita’s Denim Story

During her visit to Kyoto, Rita, who is based in Florida, carefully selected a 10oz Kaihara Denim at our shop. There’s something special about choosing fabric in person — holding it up to the light, feeling its weight, imagining the silhouette it might become.

 

 

 

Using a pattern by @studio_yusupova, Rita created a piece that perfectly balances structure and ease. The 10oz weight gives it body without heaviness — substantial enough to hold its shape, yet light enough for everyday wear. It’s the kind of denim that softens and evolves over time, becoming uniquely yours.

But what makes this story even more special is that Rita didn’t stop there.

At the same time, she also selected a rib knit from our store — and later shared a sleeveless top she created from it on Instagram.
