The Crobar sewing needle has been carefully designed for ease of sewing, with a sharp and strong needle tip, a surface finish that allows the needle to pass through fabric smoothly, and a needle tip that threads and pulls through fabric smoothly.
When choosing needles, it is best to match the needle thickness to the fabric. Originally, needles for Japanese sewing were called Japanese needles and those for Western sewing were called Western needles.
In Japanese sewing, hard needles were preferred because of the needles' movement, while soft (bendable) needles were preferred overseas because of the danger of breaking them.
The Kizuna needle lineup includes both Japanese and Western standard needles, but both have needle shafts that are hard to break and hard to bend, so please choose the needle that is easy to sew with without being particular.
