① First, fold the notched part into a “V” shape with the protrusion facing outward.
② Insert the protrusion of the folded part into the recessed center of the other part.
③ Next, insert the elastic.
④ Press each side of the “V” shaped part to snap it into place.
This item allows you to easily form the elastic into a loop.
