[Product Description]
Kinran has been woven mainly in Nishijin, Kyoto.
It is a type of weaving in which gold and silver threads are mixed with colored threads as the weft threads, and a pattern is woven so that the threads stand out.
Although gold brocade has been widely used for Japanese products in the past as a purely Japanese style, it is now used in a variety of scenes in interior decoration that transcends the boundaries between Japan and the West.
The gold brocade is very popular in stores and is also very Kyoto-like, making it a perfect souvenir or gift.
It would be wonderful to make an original red seal book.
The polyester material is also reasonably priced.
* Please note that due to the nature of this fabric, the threads tend to fray when cut.
* Although the material is washable, we recommend hand washing or partial washing as it is a delicate fabric.
