BISHU JAPAN
“Bishu” refers to the area spanning western Owari in Aichi Prefecture to western Seino in Gifu Prefecture. Known as Japan’s largest wool production region, this area benefits from fertile land, abundant water, and active cultural exchange, accounting for approximately 60% of the country’s wool production.
This fabric is made using materials from Bishu. With its soft, fluffy shaggy texture, it is a charming fabric perfect for the colder seasons.
Ideal for making skirts, dresses, outerwear, and other clothing items.
It is also popular for small items such as scarves and pouches.
