Katsuragi is a classic cotton fabric.
It is a twill-woven fabric, similar to twill and gabardine.
Compared to twill and gabardine, it is thicker, has a more pronounced diagonal weave, and is very durable. However, it is not as stiff or thick as canvas, making it a material that falls somewhere between twill/gabardine and canvas.
It is close to standard denim in thickness and is a sturdy fabric, making it a versatile material recommended for a wide range of uses, from small accessories to clothing such as pants.
*Due to the twill weave, slight distortions in the grain may occur.It is recommended to straighten the fabric before use.
