An easy way to make flower motifs is to insert the fabric between the plates and sew them in the correct order.
Materials to be prepared: fabric approx. 7.5 cm square (per petal), hand sewing thread: approx. 60 cm (quilting thread or other strong hand sewing thread)
Suitable fabrics: sheeting, broadcloth, satin, crape, organza, chiffon, light wool, etc.
Not suitable fabrics: denim, campus, canvas, Felt, thick wool, corduroy, pile, towel, knit fabric, leather, laminated fabric, lace, etc.
