Tufting is a technique of making rugs and accessories by beating wool yarn onto fabric using a machine called a tufting gun.
The slightly taut ox fabric is embroidered with fuzzy embroidery, giving it a lovely three-dimensional look.
If the embroidery threads are lying down, please apply a steam iron or run it through water to bring back the fuzziness.
