The hook side of Velcro sticks to the surface, allowing attachment and removal.
Soft and flexible, it does not fray even when cut.
Recommended for making educational toys such as darts, apron theaters, play food, fabric books, and pop-up storybooks, as well as clothing for dolls and stuffed animals.
