With the metal part extended, use as a ripper to cut machine stitches, basting threads, button threads, or make buttonhole openings.
The thin, smooth-tipped blade easily slides into threads, while the opposite side has a small ball to protect fabric.
The triangular handle allows a stable grip from any angle.
When the metal part is retracted into the handle, only the cutting blade is exposed for thread cutting, making storage and portability safe and easy.
