① First, fold the notched piece into a “V” shape with the protrusions facing outward.
② Insert the protrusions of the folded piece into the indented center of the other piece.
③ Next, insert the elastic.
④ Press down each side of the V-shaped piece until it clicks into place.
This item allows you to easily form elastic into a loop.
